Why We Started My Medical Family

Our founders built long careers leading large clinical and healthcare organizations. But over time, we saw a gap that nearly every family eventually confronts: the U.S. healthcare system is built for hospitals, clinics and profits — not for the home, where most challenges occur.

We also personally experienced this gap while caring for our own aging parents. We experienced the stress and demands of trying to coordinate fragmented care while trying to preserve their dignity and quality of life at home.

My Medical Family was created to solve this problem.

We designed a new model of physician-led, home-based care that focuses on the individual, not the institution — helping people remain independent at home while still receiving the clinical support they need.
